Refund policy

Cancellations:
Request a cancellation before item has been sent. Order will be refunded in full to original form of payment. After order has been sent it must be returned as per the conditions below for a refund.

Returns:
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 28 days of delivery

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item (unless item is damaged on receipt or faulty, photographic evidence may be required in these circumstances).

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Made to measure items cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery. Any order from outside of the EU will not receive a refund on original outgoing postage cost.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
