Shipping policy

£3.50 flat rate standard UK delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (other services available). Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship internationally via our website.

Estimated delivery times (these estimates may be subject to courier and postal service delays):
- Made to order fleece items: 2 - 3 weeks
- Ready to post items: 2 - 3 working days

These timescales are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, postal/courier company backlogs and delays.

Your order may be delayed if all required information is not provided at the time of order e.g. length x width of custom sized cage liner.

All free delivery orders will be sent by Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL or DPD.

Orders will only be sent to the address provided at time of purchase.

Lost parcels: Delivery confirmation is obtained on every parcel. Your dispatch notification email will contain the reference/tracking number which can be used to confirm time and date of delivery. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days of receiving your dispatch notification email, please contact us so that we can launch an investigation with Royal Mail/courier. All lost parcels will be refunded/replaced once confirmed as lost by the delivery provider.
